Your information is very safe. All of our virtual assistants sign non-disclosure agreements and are thoroughly vetted. We can also provide non-disclosure agreements for clients as well. We are discreet and we respect your privacy.

Not physically, our services are virtual and everything is done remotely for your convenience. However, you can meet your assistant remotely.

Your VA comes pre-vetted and ready to slot in to your operations seamlessly. Additionally, you don’t have to worry about payroll and other considerations as we handle that on your behalf.

That depends on the plan you pick. For any hours outside your plan, there will be additional charges. Any requests for after hours service should be made to us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

For your convenience, your VA will communicate with you through your preferred medium. We recommend slack, WhatsApp or telegram but you can also choose to keep in touch via zoom, email, google hangouts etc.

You will be invoiced once you have selected your VA. We accept various payment methods including PayPal, Bank transfer, Cryptocurrency etc.

All assistants included in the database have signed non-disclosure agreements, successfully completed evaluations and provided references which have been verified.
